I want to receive updates from Om Etc. Where can I sign-up?
You can find an email sign-up box on our website (top-right). Alternatively, you can email us at cs @ ometc.com and request your subscription activation.

I do not want to receive Om Etc. updates anymore. Where can I unsubscribe?
If you do not wish to receive occasional email updates from Om Etc., you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the emails you have received from  us. Alternatively, you can email us at cs @ ometc.com and request your subscription deactivation.

Are there any online forums managed by Om Etc. I would like to learn and share about Hinduism?
We encourage our customers and subscribers to join our facebook page. We really welcome and appreciate when our customers post the photographs of products that they purchased at ometc.com in their homes.

I cant seem to find a product that I saw few months ago. Where can i get that?
As a wide range of our products are handmade overseas, they are available in limited quantity. If you like a particular product, we strongly recommend ordering it right away.

How much do I pay for shipping?
The products sold on Om Etc. are a combination of products sold by Amazon.com, its associates and Om Etc. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on most Om Etc. products within continental USA. This will be usually displayed on the product description page. For other products you will have an opportunity to review the final shipping cost before you checkout.
For orders to  Alaska & Hawaii, the shipping charges are calculated based on weight and the final destination.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice.  Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product.
 
Do you sell outside USA and how much do I pay for International Shipping?
We are able to ship products to Canada, UK and certain additional European countries. International orders are contigent upon certain criteria since these are handled on order by order basis. If your order is over $100, we will make every effort to ship out the product to you. Email us at cs @ ometc.com with the product you are interested in. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.

What is your return policy?
First, please check if the product you ordered was from Om Etc. or an Om Etc. partner. This is usually listed on your packing slip, order confirmation email and in your online account. For all Om Etc. products, you may return all items  within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less the amount Om Etc. incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date you received your items.
Om Etc. does not cover your return shipping costs.

How do I return the products?
For all Om Etc. products, enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package then ship to the address below within 15 days of your purchase date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). All returns should be mailed to:

If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return (do share), order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return. If you need further assistance prior to returning your item(s), please call us at 1-800-986-1619 Monday-Friday, 9am - 9pm EST.

I was shipped the wrong item(s). What should I do?

If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount including all shipping charges. Please log-into your account and file a ticket with the supplier of the product. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. If the item you requested is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges.

We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including if the item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period or if the  item  is not in its original condition.

How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
